What was on the table
Small businesses and sole traders juggle invoices in Excel, clients in their heads and appointments in a paper diary. Existing CRMs are expensive, English and overcomplicated. Slovak legislation (VAT, e-Invoice 2027) adds pressure.

How we built it
Firma OPS is an all-in-one operations system tailored to a small Slovak company: CRM (clients, pipeline), invoicing with 23% VAT and an IBAN QR code, quotes, tasks, calendar and reports — one interface on web, mobile and desktop. Ready for e-Invoice 2027.

Soft beta 2026 — limited founder seats. Goal: replace 3–4 tools with one and save hours of admin a week. Stripe subscription, Slovak invoices, GDPR.
