What does “free consultation” mean?

The first consultation (30 minutes) is free and non-binding — for companies working on a specific project. We talk through what can be automated and whether we are the right people for it. A detailed mapping of your processes is the paid AI audit, and the full fee comes off the price when you go ahead with the project.

  • For a company or sole trader with a specific enquiry.
  • An indicative view: what can be automated and roughly what it involves.
  • No obligation — if you say “thanks, but no”, you pay nothing.

Not free

  • A detailed analysis of your processes — that is the paid AI audit.
  • A second or further consultation on the same project.
  • Technical support for an existing solution.
  • A quote without a conversation — without understanding the brief, any number would be a lie.
