Once paid, you receive the source code and a perpetual licence for your website; templates and general components remain ours. If you do not want a care plan after 3 months, we move the website to your own hosting. Your data and content are yours and you can export them at any time.

We check the mandatory company details, cookies, personal data protection, accessibility and the mandatory elements of an online shop. You get a report that cites the legal provision for every item.
Report: what is fine, what is not, which regulation requires it and an estimate for the fix. If you order the fix within 30 days, the price of the check is deducted.

We set up your first automation from the menu within 5 working days of receiving access. You pay for it only once it has been running for 7 calendar days with no fault on our side. If your systems cannot be connected, you pay nothing. This applies only to the first automation and to companies and sole traders (with a company ID); every further one is paid like a website — 50 % up front and 50 % on completion and launch.
Because there you pay every month for templates, plugins, licences and security updates. We build on Next.js and Vercel — a modern stack that large companies use too. Faster, safer, no vendor lock-in.
An automation from the menu is ready within 5 working days of receiving access. For websites and larger projects, we confirm the timeline when you order, based on the scope — it also depends on when content arrives and the design is signed off. You get a fixed schedule with milestones.
Smaller changes (text, images) you can make yourself through the admin panel, if it is part of the scope. A new website includes 2 rounds of revisions; you approve or comment on the design within 5 working days. Larger changes are billed at €80/hour excluding VAT (€98.40/hour incl. VAT), or we agree a fixed fee. We tell you the estimated hours up front and never exceed them by more than 10 % without your consent.
Always in two stages: 50 % up front as a deposit and 50 % on completion and launch, whatever the size of the project. Exception: you pay for your first automation from the menu in full only after it has been running for 7 days. Invoices are payable within 14 days. We invoice from our limited company (Vassweb s. r. o., Company ID 56921021). We accept bank transfer.
You can use it permanently: once paid, you receive the source code, the design files and a perpetual licence for your website — you can modify it and move it to another provider. Templates and general components that we also use elsewhere remain ours; you get a licence to use them for running and developing your website. The domain is registered in your name.
Yes. Alongside websites we build AI chatbots, mobile applications (iOS, Android, macOS), CRM systems and automation.
A warranty on code and design under our Terms and Conditions: 24 months for consumers (B2C), 12 months for businesses (B2B). If anything stops working through a fault of ours, we fix it at no charge. We fix defects within 10 working days of being notified; if a defect stops the website, orders or payments, we start fixing it within 24 hours.
