Frequently asked questions

A price list with no small print

Why do you not charge monthly fees?
Because you pay for a result, not for rent. The website we build belongs to you — no monthly dependence on licences, templates or a platform. The only monthly costs are hosting (around 5 €/month) and optional extras such as SEO or running an AI chatbot (99 €/month).
Why not WordPress or Wix?
Because there you pay every month for templates, plugins, licences and security updates. We build on Next.js and Vercel — a modern stack that large companies use too. Faster, safer, no vendor lock-in.
How long does it take?
Starter takes 2–3 weeks, Professional 3–4 weeks, Premium 4–6 weeks. It depends on how quickly content arrives and the design is signed off. You get a fixed schedule with milestones.
What if I need changes later?
Smaller changes — text, images — you can make yourself through the admin panel (Professional and Premium). Larger changes are billed at 55 €/hour excluding VAT (67,65 €/hour incl. VAT), or we agree a monthly retainer.
How does payment work?
Starter: 50 % up front, 50 % on launch. Professional and Premium: 50 %, then 25 % on design sign-off and 25 % on launch. The website goes live once the final payment clears. We invoice from Vassweb s. r. o., Company ID 56921021, and accept bank transfer.
Do I own the website once it is paid for?
Yes, without reservation. Source code, design files, domain and hosting all pass to you. No vendor lock-in, no dependence on us.
Do you build apps and AI as well?
Yes. Alongside websites we build AI chatbots, native mobile applications (iOS and macOS), CRM systems and automation. The consultation is free.
What is the warranty?
A warranty on code and design under our Terms and Conditions: 24 months for consumers (B2C), 12 months for businesses (B2B). If anything stops working through a fault of ours, we fix it at no charge. Standard Slovak law applies.
