What was on the table

A specialized racing-bike e-shop needed a modern redesign — the old shop was slow, the photos inconsistent and the customer journey unoptimized. The main pain points: bike fitting (custom sizing) and visual consistency of product photography.

Solution

How we built it

A pre-launch beta on Next.js 16 + Tailwind v3. 3 AI features: (1) Product photo generation — we generate consistent product shots from a single source photo, (2) Smart search — semantic search for "20-inch BMX freestyle", not just keyword matching, (3) AI sizing advisor — a chatbot estimates sizing based on height / inseam / riding style.

Result

What it delivered

A version is in internal beta testing. Parts of the customer flow can already be walked end-to-end. Goal for Q3 2026: a measured uplift in "add to cart" rate and a reduction in returns due to poor sizing.
